20 February 2019
You've all been waiting for the grand opening of The Park in Teddington!!!! We can confirm they will be opening on the 15 March at 7pm and everyone is welcome. A launch party has been announced for the 28 March 2019, to apply for tickets to the launch party email parkevents@youngs.co.uk.
We caught up with husband and wife team behind The Park - Phil Harris, General Manager and Vikki Harris, Events Manager for an insight into the renovation of The Park.

As it's a Grade II listed building, we have focussed on utilising the original features and the generous floor plan to create lovely little nooks and relaxed, luxurious seating with an overall focus on inclusivity and comfort for our guests. Versatile bookable spaces to suit special occasions include the Gallery, which is excellent for soaking up all the atmosphere in our newly designed buzzing bar. Packed to the rafters with cool craft beers, an extensive range of premium spirits, a superlative wine list and a botanically infused cocktail menu that is absolutely guaranteed to please.
Fresh from it’s magnificent makeover, our Parlour restaurant is beautifully fashioned with interesting artwork and is blessed with big windows, basking it in the natural light. This makes it ideal for a romantic dinner for two, for ladies who lunch, a decadent afternoon tea or for a special supper with your nearest and dearest.
With it’s welcoming fireplace and high ceilings, the Snug is the ideal spot for a relaxed get together. This semi private area offers guests plenty of room for mingling, casual seating and a dedicated team member to fetch your favourite tipples, so you’ll be free to play the perfect host.
Tosier’s Table is the top spot in the house and is named for Thomas Tosier, who was George I’s chief chocolatier in the early 1700’s. Situated in a cosy corner of the Parlour and with a real air of privacy, this is a great spot to host an intimate dinner party, to entertain clients or to simply gather your favourites for a special family supper.
Our food gleans inspiration from the kitchen gardens at Hampton Court Palace and we take real pride in designing the best British dishes with a twist of innovation. Showcasing the best from the land and sea, our chefs will be regularly crafting and developing new dishes in order to keep our menus delicious, fresh and seasonal.
Our Head Chef Toby Leigh has great experience in his field, having worked alongside some of the finest names in the business and he is positively brimming with ideas and innovation.
Afternoon Tea is a quintessential British tradition and we are proud to host you in the Parlour for a true sense of occasion. Whether you choose bubbly, traditional or cream, we have the perfect selection of delicious treats fit for a King or Queen. Ideal for celebrations or simply a catch up with friends our rose cornices and grand decor really do provide a special setting.

In addition to our 42 comfortable hotel rooms, we are proud to announce we have added 2 stylishly decorated feature bedrooms here in the Main House. Plush and lavished with sumptuous textiles, ‘Osborne House’ is beautifully themed around the Great Vine and ‘Valentine’s Mansion’ comes complete with a majestic chandelier and an opulent roll top bath which allows you to truly escape the ordinary. Each is exquisitely designed and furnished with brand new bathrooms, Hypnos beds, Nespresso coffee machines, plus crisp cotton linen and big, fluffy towels.
Ideally located close to the railway station with direct links to London, we are lucky enough to be less than a mile from the beautiful Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace. Whether you’re craving a hearty meal, looking to enjoy a decadent Afternoon Tea, or if you simply wish to immerse yourself in the buzzing ambience of our fabulous new bar, the Park truly represents the place to be and be seen in Teddington.
